§ 1 Subject matter: The subject of this agreement is the use of the tools provided within the initiative for decentralized communication, local AI, data sovereignty, resilient local infrastructure and democratic participation.

§ 4 Privacy: Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Data is stored in Germany. No transfer to third countries outside the European Economic Area takes place unless expressly provided otherwise.

§ 5 Warranty and liability: The initiative is in a trial phase. No specific suitability for a particular purpose is warranted. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as mandatory law does not preclude this.
